I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy for four months. During this time, I completed a Community Service Internship teaching English in five classrooms in two different schools. I visited each school once a week, spending forty-five minutes to an hour which each class. The high school level class I visited was located in the city center. The students were sixteen years old. The elementary school level was located outside the city center in a more authentic Italian area. Both placements taught me so much about diversity between students.
